Will a CoiLok Quick Tool be included with my order?
For larger orders a Quick Tool is included for the size of CoiLok(s) being ordered - FREE. For samples, the Quick Tool can be added separately as an add-on purchase.
If you would like to order Quick Tools, please contact us and include quantities and bolt sizes they are to be used with.
When will my CoiLok™ arrive?
Lead time is dependent on order size, warehouse stock, distributor stock, any special material requirements. We normally ship within 7-10 business days if in stock. Your order may take 6-10 weeks to ship when your order is out of stock. Lead time for custom orders or orders in Inconel may take longer. We will keep you informed of any delays and strive to ship in the shortest possible time frame.

Will tracking be included with my order?
Yes, tracking is included with all orders.
Can I order CoiLok products from www.CoiLok.com instead of my distributor.
You can order online if you do not have a distributor in your state or country. Otherwise, you must order from your country's or state/province distributor.
If you place your order online and have a distributor in your country/state/province you will be connected with them to process your order or quote.
